Certification for construction workers who have successfully completed mandatory safety courses and training at construction sites, issued by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia. In accordance with Section 33 of the CIDB Act 520, all construction workers (local and foreign) are required to possess a valid Green Card. Effective 15 October 2019, CIDB Malaysia introduced the new Construction Personnel Registration Smart Card, which has been upgraded in line with technological advancements.
